Understructure
As important as the access floor tiles themselves are the equipment and design of the understructure beneath them. Tate’s state of the art product line offers a secures and cost-effective solution that can be used in both data center and space configurations.
Posilock
Tate’s Posilock understructure system for floor panels to be installed without stringers by utilizing a self-engaging and positioning fastener. This pedestal features a locking, anti-vibration, and seismic force-resistant models. The pedestals are available in standard and low finished floor height.
Bolted Stringer
Tate’s Bolted Stringer understructure system is a widely adapted style of floor installation. This system allows floors to be built over 24” high and are gravity-held in the understructure for fast removal. The Bolted Stringer system also provides lateral resistance to heavy rolling loads and seismic loading.
Tate also offers a Heavy-Duty Bolted Stringer understructure system to support heavy rolling loads and seismic loading.
